Hovepilates offers online, live video-based group mat classes.

You are able to attend your chosen class from the comfort of your own home. If you can’t make it, a link to the recorded class will be sent to you to use before your class, the following week.

The classes

• 55 minute mat classes.

• You will only need a mat and a little space.

• Choose a class that suits your ability.

The technology

• We use the online video conferencing service Zoom - all you will need is a connected device i.e. laptop, desktop pc, phone or tablet.

• We will send out a web link that you visit at the scheduled time of the class and you will be able to watch and hear the full class.

• You will be able to see us and we will be able to see you (if your device has a camera).

• We will mute your audio so we can’t hear you.

• If you need assistance in setting up, we will always try to help and lead you through it.
